Perfect Misfits welcomes submissions. Stories can be submitted in parts although completed stories are a bonus.
If you wish to have your story archived here then check out the site policies first to make sure it is suitable for inclusion on this site.
Then you can either use the form below to send it for archiving (most suitable for a single short story), or, if you prefer, simply email your stories to me as attachments. If you do email directly, try and send all the information requested in this form. Attachments can be in the form of plain text files, Word documents or html, however, please note that any formatting will be lost. You can mark up your text as described below to achieve some basic formatting.
Before submitting the final work, please check your creation first. ;-)
If you have a spell checker, use it. Print your story out and read it, better yet, read it aloud ( for some reason mistakes are more obvious in print than when read from a screen). Even better, find a beta reader to help you; even the best spellers and grammarians seem to lose the place when editing their own work. A good beta reader will also guide you away from embarrassing lapses in judgement and remind you about the baby you left up a tree in chapter three.
Other general advice - be critical of your own work and write stories that you would like to read.
