Finally plumped for a list of links to software and web resources that I have found useful for creating and maintaining Perfect Misfits.

Opera	My favourite web browser. Available for Windows, Linux, BeOS, Mac, OS2 and Epoc. Version 5 is now free.
Pagebuilder	HTML editor from TafWeb software.
NoteTab Pro	A wonderful text editor from Fookes Software. I use this for writing fanfic and generating HTML. But if you need a text editor for any other job then the chances are NoteTab Pro can do it.
Paintshop Pro 7	Create * Edit * Draw * Paint * Animate. That's what it says on the box. Affordable graphics package. All images on this site have been created/modified using Paintshop Pro.
Bulletproof	FTP client. Easy to use and set up and very reliable for downloads and uploads.
O'Reilly Technical Books	The premier publisher of technical and reference books on everything a web master or mistress needs to know about.
